Public notice is hereby given that THREE (3) OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS of the Pagosa Fire Protection District may be present at certain social events or functions.  These events are not official or unofficial Board of Director meetings.  No official business will be conducted or any official action taken.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ESTABLISHING IMPACT FEE AND ADOPTING IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE

                    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Fire Protection District will conduct a public hearing on its intent to establish and impose an impact fee and adopt an impact fee schedule within its jurisdictional boundaries. A copy of the impact fee schedule is available for inspection in the District’s administrative office at 165 N. Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The public hearing will be held at the District’s administrative office on February 4, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at which time the Board will consider establishment of an impact fee and adoption of an impact fee schedule. Any interested party may attend the public hearing and may, at any time prior to the Board’s establishment of an impact fee and adoption of an impact fee schedule, inspect the impact fee schedule, and file or register any comments or objections thereto.
