Press Release – Fulton Promotion
Pagosa Fire Protection District would like to proudly announce the recent promotion of Devin Fulton from firefighter to lieutenant effective May 7, 2022. Lt. Fulton began his volunteer firefighting career with PFPD in August 2014. He was hired as a full-time paid firefighter in November 2017. His primary responsibility will be management of A Shift. Lt. Fulton is qualified as a structure firefighter and wildland firefighter. He has additional training in vehicle extrication, hazardous materials, swift water rescue, ice rescue. He currently holds certificates for Fire Officer I and Instructor I. Fire Chief Randy Larson said “Lt. Fulton has been a dedicated member of the PFPD for almost 8 years. His dedication and hard work have prepared him for this position. I expect him to be an excellent fire officer.”
